Order Processing
Orders are typically processed the same business day if placed before 3:00 PM (EST). Orders submitted after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day (Monday).
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the selected shipping method and package requirements.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and will be displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Delivery timeframes for expedited shipping are determined by the carrier and shown during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier, shipping method, package weight, and destination. All rates are provided directly by the carrier.

Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. For delivery issues, customers should contact the carrier directly.
